All double glazed with the exception of the laundry room. There is a little walkway just opposite this fabulous house that takes you straight down to the beach, you don't even need the car! Just pack your towel and your cossie and you are set to go. Then back home for lunch, no worries about if you can park again after; just another little stroll. Perfect!
