This property is located in the village of Nadadouro which is a popular area located between the main town of Caldas da Rainha and the sought after village of Foz do Arelho. From the property you can walk to a cafe and restaurant. Nadadouro provides easy access to all transporation links. Caldas da Rainha and Foz do Arelho are both a five minute drive away.
In Caldas you will find a plethora of shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping mall, cinema, hotels and a beautiful centre park area. There is a daily fresh fruit and vegetable market where you can buy in addition to fruit and veg., freshly cooked bread, a variety of local cheeses, flowers, dried fruit and nuts and other local delicacies. There is a general market every Monday where you can buy almost anything for the home or garden.
In Caldas there is also an excellent bus service and train station.
Foz do Arelho is a village that provides several mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors offices etc. It also incorporates access to the Obidos Lagoon and the stunning beaches that are adjacent to this area.
Transportation links are close by providing access across the country. Lisbon and Lisbon airport are less than an hour away.
