The property can be reached from either the town of Oria or the town of Albox. In one direction you have Oria which is a 10-15 minute drive (10.7km) and part of the road (1.7km) from the house to Oria is via a maintained dirt road. In the other direction you have Albox which is a 20 minute drive (14.6km) and part of the road (1.6km) is via a maintained dirt road. There are two bar-restaurants within easy reach of the property, one within only 500m and the other 1.2km.

To the front of the property is a parking areas laid to gravel which then gives access to a terrace which gives way to the front door. The front door opens into a grand entrance hall with a lounge on one side and a dining room with a wood burner on the other. The hall then leads through to a well sized fitted kitchen with granite worktops, range cooker, American fridge freezer and a separate pantry. On one side of the kitchen a door leads through to a cosy living room which could be used as a third bedroom if necessary. From the kitchen there is also a door leading out to a partly shaded garden area with steps leading up to a raised sun terrace with a BBQ area and ample space for relaxing and sunbathing whilst enjoying the lovely uninterrupted views.

From the kitchen a staircase leads up to the first floor on which there is a large landing with a door leading out to a solarium offering fantastic views. There is then a guest shower room with a walk in shower, double guest bedroom and a large master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe which could be converted into an en suite shower room if necessary.
There is further outside space but the current owners haven't made use of this. If you wanted to create more outside space it would be possible.

The current owners are re painting the exterior at the moment and updating some bits in the shower room which will all be finished very soon.
