The property is in a small village less than 10 minutes from the main town of Alcobaca where you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops and of course the world famous Alcobaca Monastery. There are many garden centres in this area and Alcobaca also has venues that host many show and artistic performances during the course of the year. There is a lovely public park where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or a chilled glass of wine while watching the world go by.
The beach at Nazare is approximately 15 minutes away, Sao Martinho do Porto and it's beautiful beaches and town are 20 minutes away. The busy town of Caldas da Rainha is half an hour away. Lisbon and the International Airport are an hour away.
