The house is situated in a fine street and it has an uninterrupted view to the magnificent Sierra Prieta from the terrace and patio.

Although it is not modernized, it has distinctive traditional character and is reasonably comfortable as it is. Reforming it would not be costly and could easily be done in keeping with the existing character.

Alozaina has many attractive features and good services. There is a public swimming pool and sports centre in the same street as the house.

Recently Alozaina has become popular with artists and musicians, like some other villages of the Sierra de las Nieves, with is an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

The town is situated halfway between Malaga and Ronda. It is about 40 minutes by car to each of these and to Marbella.
