The partially finished project is located close to Santa Catarina and the coastal town of Tavira. The nearest beaches and various golf courses can be reached within 15 minutes drive. This project partly finished, (mid-point), is ideally located to make a successful Boutique Hotel or an up-market Guest House / Retreat/ Magnificent private home.
The property is in the ownership of a Portuguese Company and can be purchased as such or could be transferred to an Individual / individual´s.
It was once a Country Club and Guest House and would make, once completed a superb new one.
The magnificent size plot has plenty of scope to develop the grounds further. The land supports Carob, Olive, Almond, Citrus and Palm Trees and has extensive gardens.
The current owners estimate to complete the project is € 500.000 worth of construction. This figure will obviously have to be up-dated and verified by any purchaser.
