This large residential plot is located in the village of Sia in the Nicosia district.
The plot of land covers a total area of 4.683sq. ms, has a multiple, rectangular shape and about half of the plot has a flat surface, and remaining plot has a mild ascending inclination towards the south. It abuts to a registered pathway on its’ north side, which is today an asphalt road and is still under registration in becoming a public registered road. On its’ eastern border there is a small stream.
