The garden is illuminated, well maintained and partially landscaped with a number of fruit trees together with various others such as pine, almond, olive, cork oak.

The main house has attractive wooden beams in all the rooms. The double glazed windows and shutters are aluminium and have mosquito screens fitted. The covered terraces' roofs are made with the traditional Algarvian bamboo and wooden beams underneath a tiled roof.

The smaller guest house has wooden ceilings and is very typical of the local old style farmhouses with an open kitchen dining area and living room together with 2 en-suite double bedrooms. The kitchen is large, designed in a rustic style incorporating an inglenook style fireplace and is separated from the dining area by an archway. There is also gas water heater located here.

The rooms of the main house are spacious and open plan with archways dividing the living, dining and kitchen areas. There is also a utility room. The guest house has a fitted kitchen dining area as well as a living area which has access to the covered terrace.
