This is a traditional stone ruin house on Hvar Island situated in a popular village only a short drive from Hvar town. The main house consists of a large konoba or cellar which has double doors leading to the footpath/street. Approaching the house from the other side, via a small pathway leading to the main entrance, on this floor there are 3 rooms with windows. However the configuration might well be eventually changed. There is also an attic floor with two windows to the front and two to the rear, however, currently there is no stair access to this floor. On the opposite side of the footpath to the house is a separate building which once housed the kitchen and bathroom, this is approximately 20m² or so, and has a secret passage way leading under the footpath above to the konoba/basement of the main house!

There are a number of ferries running daily, operated by Jadrolinija. Whilst Several kilometres further away in Jelsa, with the new and exciting European Coastal Airlines offers rapid connection to Split airport in 13 minutes.
