    "A spacious, bright and airy off-grid home with 3 en suite double bedrooms, 2 beautiful balcony terraces overlooking green campo with abundant wild rosemary and other wildflowers amid carob, pine and almond trees. The large,fenced garden has been lovely for playing boules or setting up a hammock or two, & has a portable plunge pool for use. The property is a stones throw over the hill from acres upon acres of orange groves. We have spent many hours cycling, walking and taking our dog swimming in the river (which dries up in the summer). The nearest town with supermarket and Friday market is 10 mins drive or a nice cycle away. Gorgeous Valencia with it's amazing architecture, parks, beaches and free events can be driven to in 25 mins or under 1 hour by train. If motorbikes are more your scene, the famous Ricardo Tormo Moto GP track is also close by with many events, though quiet through the hottest and coldest months. In the happy year we have spent here.....living within budget has been easy as the only outgoings are for gas bottles (for washing and cooking),food and petrol. (NB Include water bills & low refuse collection tax if you are living here yourself). If you like a simple, country life with a bit of tinkering here and there, some tree and pot watering.....the house provides oodles of time out for reading, writing, photography, growing veg or art - this place is perfect. Nobody bothers you here. There are 2 permanent Spanish residents down the lane and next door has a presence once or twice a week, all of whom are warm, friendly and have helped us along with our Spanish or minor issues."
