The owner of the site has confirmed that legally you are only                able to stay there for 6 months out of every 12 month period and of course if you are non-                      resident you need to comply with the travel regulations.

·         A car is necessary.

·         The local beach at Macenas is suitable for sunbathing and swimming.

·         The site offers a good size pool and some table games, nice walks and easy access to the beach. You are not far away from Mojacar (a 20 minute walk) where there are all the facilities and amenities that you would need
