The property has been carefully restored by its current owners and comprises 2 independent cottages both enjoying beautiful views of the mountains.
The first cottage is currently used for holiday rentals and is set on the lower level. It comprises a kitchen/dining area with some homemade mosaic tiles, a bedroom, a dressing area and a bathroom. The pool is really well integrated in the landscape and also benefits from views of the mountains. Lots of little cobble stone paths and shaded areas wind their way around the garden.
Down the valley at the back of the house, there is a big plot with lots of mature trees going down through terraced steps towards a little river.
This is a very artistic house, it could be left as it is and enjoyed as a home or holiday house.
