The apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge/dining room. The ceilings are 3m high and the windows are extra large. There is air-conditioning throughout and the bathrooms have under-floor heating and heated towel rails. The kitchens are very high specification and are fully fitted with AEG appliances.
There is a private storeroom in the basement along with 2 parking spaces per apartment, an interior lift takes you directly from the garage to all floors in the block. All apartments have a silent alarm which is linked to reception and a 24hr security service.
