This house is situated in the Sidoyna sitesi area of Ladies beach. From the main road below the house in the No5 dolmus (bus) will take you to the beach within a few minutes. The promenade here has a wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars along with water sports available.
There is a small market across the street and a pool directly opposite the sitesi which may be used for a small daily fee. There is also a lovely coffee shop where you can enjoy excellent coffee and selection of pastry and cheesecakes. The coffee shop is beside a Carrefour mini market. Both are opposite the newly built Amara Hotel a few minutes’ walk from the house.

Sidonya Sitesi provides wifi connection as part of the community fees.

Accommodation

This four bed house comes on the market fully furnished and can comfortably cater for 8 without having to use the sofa bed in the living room. It has air conditioning throughout.

Ground floor consists of a split level open plan living and dining room. From here you can access the downstairs patio area which includes an outdoor table and chairs. A great space for entertaining or sunbathing. This area is fenced with a small gate and makes a great enclosed play area for children.

The fitted kitchen is compact but very functional, with an oven, a hob, a large fridge-freezer & washing machine. The kitchen overlooks the living and the dining area. This level also includes a WC with open shower.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has it’s own balcony, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside lockers and king size bed. Bedroom 2, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside locker with double and single bed. Bedroom 3 with balcony, dresser, bedside locker and single bed. The main bathroom on this floor has a glass wall shower.

From the second floor there is also access to the roof terrace with fantastic sea views. The roof terrace has a built in BBQ, table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and umbrella.If you want a break from the beach the roof terrace is a real suntrap throughout the day, and in the evening you can use the small barbeque to cook if you wish to entertain – it’s an ideal place to have a few drinks and a chat when the sun goes down. Bedroom 4 on this level has air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside lockers, a dresser and a double bed.

A super location and close to all amenities – shops, restaurants, beaches, schools and hospitals. 45 mins from Izmir airport / 90 mins to Bodrum airport / 150 mins to Dalaman airport.
