This is an excellent town house which rarely benefits from a garden/courtyard. The house is in very sound condition and is very clean and fresh inside. the house is filled with natural light.
You enter into the open plan lounge/dining room (19m²). There is a lovely glass fronted wood burner which will heat the house very well indeed as wel as good tiled floors.
The kitchen is next to the dining area and is clean and bright with lots of cupboards.

Quillan itself has seventeen restaurants, two good supermarkets, twice weekly markets and all the types of general shops that you could want for. In addition the town is superbly served with transport links. There is a direct rail line to Carcassonne (less than an hour by car) with its world heritage site of La Cite and airport which has low cost flights (Ryanair) to numerous international and British airports. Perpignan airport (Ryanair and Air France) is about 1 hour 10 minutes and Toulouse International (the much better Easyjet) about 1 hour 25 minutes.
The Spanish border is a 1 hour 25 minutes and the Mediterranean about the same distance (ignore the siren calls of less honest estate agents who claim that 'it is less than hour to the Med'. In a helicopter maybe!).
