The main house offers about 243m² living area over two floors
Ground Floor: The country style kitchen 22m² with a Rayburn Range Cooker includes a modern double oven, gas hob and a larder 4m². This one-bedroom ground floor cottage has an open-plan kitchen & living area 24m², a double bedroom and a shower room 19m².
Cottage 2 42m² habitable space, sleeps 4:
A similar one-bedroom cottage has an open-plan kitchen & living area 24m² with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a shower room 18m² with some inbuilt cupboards.  This cottage is accessed via a shared covered space used as a seating area. The cottage has a small private garden.
Cottage 3 60m² habitable space, sleeps 6:
This cottage has an open-plan kitchen & living area 25m², a double bedroom 13m², WC 4m² and a shower room 5m² on the ground floor. In addition there is an upstairs twin bedroom and mezzanine sleeping area. This cottage has its own garden which backs onto the pool.
Cottage 4 95m² habitable space, sleeps 6:
Ground floor: Another three bedroom cottage also has an open-plan kitchen & living area 40m², a double bedroom 12m², WC and a shower room 9m².  
1st Floor: A second bedroom 20m² and mezzanine-bedroom 14m² used for additional beds.  This cottage has its own private garden.

Large open barn 268m² adjacent to the main house which is used as a shaded seating area with summer kitchen and BBQ area. It also houses a laundry and workshop of 36m² in total.

Grounds
The property is set in a landscaped garden with mature trees.  The total plot size is 10,205m². There is also an open wood shed of 76m² in the grounds, actually used as a playground for children but could also be used for stabling horses.

General Condition
This property is in a good decorative state and full of original features.  The majority of all windows are double-glazed, radiators are heated by the Rayburn and a solar panel heats the hot water.  The cottages are heated via electric radiators.
