Fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, fridge / freezer and sink.. A breakfast bar will divide the kitchen from the living area which has a door leading out to a covered terrace overlooking the garden. The payment structure would be:-
Signing of the purchase contract and to start the build - 10%
Once the structure is built - 20%
Once the building is finished and ready for painting etc - 20%
Final payment upon completion - 50%
The A7 motorway is 4 minutes drive away for easy access to airports etc and the thriving town of Huercal-Overa with it twice weekly markets (mon & thurs mornings) shops, restaurants, leisure & sports facilities and award winning hospital is less than 10 minutes drive away.
