A “breakeven investment “of €50,000 enables investors to buy an apartment and use rental income to cover the finance without any extra contribution from the investor. There is even an option to use the property as a “20 year savings plan” purchasing an apartment with no personal investment and combining the rental income with a monthly payment of €290 - €370. With this option the apartment is full paid for after 20 years and can then retained to provide an on-going rental return or even used by the owner. In all cases ownership of the apartment is conveyed to the investor on day one and is registered in the Austrian Land Register.
All apartments will be rented via a local agency to long term tenants. Rentals will be pooled and paid out to investors on the basis of apartment size. In this way the impact of any void periods is spread.
