The house has a foot print of 92 square meters and the plot measures a total of 926,5 square meters.

The bungalow is one of four attached houses and is on the outside of the row. These are renovated houses which were initially built to accommodate the families of the workers during the time of the construction of the Cabril dam and for the following years worked at this dam. The house is connected to mains water and electricity and has been nicely restored. The house has double glazed aluminum framed windows with exterior rolling shutters.

The main entrance to the house is facing the views to the valley, either coming up stone steps from the land or walking around the house from the rear. The rear of the house is accessed by stone steps leading down from the top lane. On this upper level, we have a large hard standing for at least two cars.

The main door has a shared porch with the adjacent house.

Walking into the main door we enter a living room with flush fit recirculation hot air Salamander log burner installed. The living room gives access to a corridor from which there are four doors:

one to a modern , partially tiled bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet and shower
three doors open to good sized bedrooms.
The floors in the living room, the corridor and the bedrooms consists of the preserved original parquet, whereas in the bathroom the floor is tiled.



Off the living room there is a door to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a door to the exterior, which can also be used as the entrance door to the house when coming down from the parking space by the top lane.

From the kitchen there is door leading to stone steps going up to the attic. The attic has good standing height and could be converted into more living space if desired.

Stepping out of the rear kitchen door we have a roofed bbq with space for a table and four chairs, and a storage annex.

The land both to the rear as to the front of the house is set on terraces, which are artistically edged by granite stones.
