The property has only ever been used as a holiday home which we think is a waste as this is an ideal property for full time Spanish living - an excellent example for sure!! Other features include mosquito blinds, security rejar, alarm, double glazing to name but a few.

    The villa is slight elevated at the rear and is only a short walk to a very popular bar/restaurant and a three minutes drive to a traditional Spanish village where you will find all amenities. The motorway network is also on your doorstep therefore the beaches of Mojacar and Vera are less than an easy 30 minute drive away.
