As a company we cannot fault this property - on the contrary, we can only admire its construction, presentation and how well it works as a living space. The property has only ever been used as a holiday home which we think is a waste as this is an ideal property for full time Spanish living - an excellent example for sure!! Other features include mosquito blinds, security rejas, alarm, double glazing to name but a few.
The villa is slightly elevated at the rear and is only a short walk to a very popular bar/restaurant and a three minutes drive to a traditional Spanish village where you will find all amenities. The motorway network is also on your doorstep therefore the beaches of Mojacar and Vera are less than an easy 30 minute drive away.
