I just love this one! Location location location! Set in one of our favourite streets in Pruna with level walking to everything this house really does have it all, parking, a cosy lounge/diner and the most amazing roof terrace. The light and bright lounge leads though to a galley kitchen with a small patio and utility room to the rear, with a light well to the terrace. Stairs lead up to two lovely bedrooms with further bathroom on the same level, both bedrooms have original floor tiles and are just delightful.
up again to the terrace which is large for a house of this size, its in a great location and is beautifully maintained throughout.
This is my favourite Pruna house right now!
