Situated in the village of Gumusluk, is the lovely small development of 8 apartments. Gumusluk is found in the western most tip of the Bodrum Peninsula, with a natural harbour. It is to some extent tucked away from the tourist track, it is peaceful, traditional and tranquil and retains its traditional Turkish character. Properties seem to be more whitewashed and set in Turkish tradition here. The area was originally well protected by the ancient city of Myndos located very close by currently excavation work is taking place once again. You can snorkel and scuba dive here and the beaches are some of the best in the region.
The unspoiled fishing village offers small fish restaurants and quaint side streets, with craft shops and traditional cafes, this is a totally pedestrian area tucked away from the rest of the Peninsula. Something a little different.
These stunningly modern apartments are just tucked off the main road, in an ideal location and close to the local Dolmus route across the Peninsula. They consist of a large lounge with a modern kitchen area tucked away to the side, with a large glass door opening out onto a fully length patio, all overlooking the pool area. There is a lovely modern family bathroom with a walk in shower, two double sized bedrooms, attention to details have been made, and there area recessed areas in both bedrooms for wardrobes giving the bedrooms a spacious feel to them, the main bedroom also features a large en-suite.
The site is walled and gated in traditional style and is extremely well landscaped with a large swimming pool in the centre.
