General condition
The Maison de Maître and the  5 Gîtes are in very good condition and have been well maintained inside as well as out.  In most of the bedrooms in the main house there is a fireplace. Windows and doors are wood or PVC with wood effect and double glazed, with traditional shutters. Original floor tiles and parquet floors, wooden paneling, high ceilings. Some updating of the shower rooms may be desirable but is not a necessity (the current turnover proves it).
