Interior
The house has a main entrance at the top (in front of the swimming pool) and a secondary entrance below with access to the kitchen. From the top 'swimming pool' entrance, there’s access to a corridor that leads to a sitting room with access to a balcony, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor there is an internal staircase that takes you down to the open plan kitchen- dining room, another bathroom with shower and a small utility room.

Outside

From the beautifully crafted metal gates entrance you’ll see on your right the swimming pool and ample patio all around. The drive way goes all the way to the bottom part of the villa with it’s tiled pathways and patios all around and spacious open area car parking space. Here there is also a fixed tiles roof gazebo of approximately 50 square meters as well as an outside barbeque area. It’s pertinant surrounding land is planted with olive, peach, almond and cherry trees, as well as bushes and flowers closer to the villa.
