This villa is situated close to 3rd beach in the resort, and only minutes’ walk from the Marina Road and into the main town itself, and ideal location.  Altinkum has a growing community off both Turkish and expats from several different countries, and as opposed to some resorts there are things still open in the winter months, in keeping with a local community of residents.

Altinkum boasts the largest Marina on the Aegean and it is constantly full, on the site of the Marina, is a super Yacht Club, with infinity pool open to the public for a small charge, but then you will be looked after by the welcoming staff, the same goes for the beach club, the good thing about these two spots is that they are never over crowded, so in high season you need to go early.    In the summer months there are free concerts held outside in the dry dock which are open to everyone.

The centre of Altinkum is much like any tourist resort there is a lovely seafront with sandy beaches filled with water sports in high season, and plenty of bars, shops and restaurants to keep everyone happy.  Back into the main street, and you will venture to the more Turkish areas, with local food and drink, and at a much lower cost, eating with the locals is always the way to do it.

There is a local produce market in the old town on Wednesday and on Saturday a full Market.  Altinkum, also has its history, visit the ancient Temple of Apollo, and the ruins close to the town in Piriene and Milletos. So there is something here for all.

The Villa is located in an excellent spot, close to all the amenities, but tucked away in a semi residential area.  The villa is modern in design and extremely well built.

There is a lovely raised garden area to the front of the villa and space also for a car to be parked off the road.  There are also gardens to the rear of the property.
