A cozy 3 bedroom house on large private property in the area of Tholos, Kavousi, Agios Nikolaos, Crete.

The house has been built in the most private area of the bay. It enjoys uninterrupted 180 views of the bay and beach.

The property is fenced and has two gated entrances. One gives access to the house and one to the large garden.

The house is a bungalow (it is built on one level). It comprises of a living room kitchen (fully equipped), a large storage room for the kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite shower room, a large bathroom and a large bedroom with sea views. Behind the house is the boiler room.

In front of the house there is a very large wooden pergola. This pergola is used as the main room of the house, especially during the hot summer months.

There is a large built BBQ under the pergola and a dinning table.

At the basement level there are two large utility rooms/storage rooms and a guest bedroom.
In front of these rooms there is a sitting area and a stone oven.

Surrounding the house is a big garden full of local trees and plants ideal for the Cretan weather.

Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra are a 20 minute drive from Tholos Kavousi.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 45 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.
