Description of the buildings

The Château offers 1560m² of living area including rented out apartments.
Ground floor 180m²: Spacious entrance hall with outside covered South facing terrace, accessible via wide stone staircases, library 33m² with marble fireplace, lounge 34m² with marble fireplace and boudoir, dining room 34m² with separate office, well equipped kitchen 25m². All rooms still have their original wooden floors. Some of them still have their original wallpaper and wood panels. Impressive, large central hall with high ceiling and painted walls. The beautiful staircase leads to the different levels.
Upper garden level floor 170m²:  dining room and kitchen with its original floor and oven. Large exercise room 100m² with sauna, jacuzzi, hamman, shower room, separate toilet, bedroom 26m², bathroom.

Grounds
Total of 10 ha 4436m², the park with old plane, magnolia, cedar trees and bamboo is bordered by a small river which feeds a large pond. There is a well on the grounds. The major part of the land consists of meadows which is ideal for horses.

General condition
The chateau, apartments and conference building are in good condition and well maintained. Original wooden floors or terra cotta tiles, oil fired central heating, remote controlled gate.
