Mojacar is a beautiful historic Moorish hilltop village, situated in the south-east corner of Andalucia, Spain, overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean. With its labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets and ancient Moorish dwellings, a fine selection of restaurants, bodegas, cafes and shops, it has a fascinating mixture of ancient and modern, and is known as the Corner of Enchantment.

A short drive from the village of Mojácar is the old fishing port of Garrucha and the larger town of Vera. Almeria, the capital of the province, is under an hours’ drive away, Granada is within three hours, and Almeria airport approximately 50 minutes.
The Villa is built on two levels. The garage is underground with sufficient space to house the automatic cleaning and filtration plant for the domestic water supply, the swimming pool, and water pressure system.
The impressive approach to the property gives access to the main entrance via a 500 sq m stone terrace and cactus gardens. A few shallow steps lead to the main front doors and the 30 sq m rectangular hall beyond. The hall has a guest cloakroom and toilet.
