The entrance to the living quarters of the house is via stone steps to the side, which lead into a corridor.
From this corridor, the first door to the left leads into the kitchen, which has a traditional chimney on one side, a stone sink and a tiled floor. The second door opens to a large storage room with a stone tiled floor. The third door to the left leads into a bedroom. The corridor opens to the front into the living room with door to a large balcony with wonderful views into the valley and the green landscape.

To the right hand side of the corridor, the first door opens to a bedroom, the second one to a partially tiled bathroom with toilet, bidet, hand wash basin and bathtub. The third door to the right opens to a bedroom.
The bedrooms and the living room all have wood parquet floors. The windows are single glazed aluminium framed and all are sliding windows and have exterior shutters.

There are wood stairs to the attic from the corridor. The attic has standing height and the roof frame and tiles are in good order of repair.

The ground floor of the house has three large rooms. One is the large summer kitchen with stone sink and large open fireplace formally also used to smoke hams. This kitchen has a stone tiled floor. There is a door leading into a second large room with a clean cement floor and two aluminium sliding windows. From this room there is a door to the wine cellar. These three ground floor rooms could easily be converted into more living space or an independent apartment.

To the rear of the house, there is yet another door leading to a basement room which is used for storage purposes.
To the rear of the house, there is a large terrace with unspoiled views into the countryside.

The larger stone house which comes with this habitable house is in need of total renovation. It has a total footprint of 227 square meters and is built on two floors. The interior wooden floors and thin division walls between the small rooms would all have to be removed and replaced, so are the windows and exterior wood doors. The main walls however are of beautiful stone craftsmanship.

To the rear of this large stone renovation project there is a plot of land with a few mature orange and olive trees measuring around 700 square meters.
