Description of the buildings
Château with main residence in the left part of the Château
The surface lived in today over the ground and first floor is about 560m². The second floor has not been used for a very long time and counts for about 250m².
Ground floor: Entrance 15m² with staircase, large dining room 60m² with marble fireplace and wooden paneling 33m², kitchen 35m², W/C 7m², storeroom 5m², utility room 15m², corridor
The lounges and dining rooms open on to the large south facing terrace and all rooms have high ceilings.
First floor: Landing, large corridor with staircase to the right leading upstairs and access to the apartment, as well as to the individual en suite bedrooms

East Tower
A beautiful medieval staircase leads up to the various floors and to the pigeon house at the top.

Ground floor:  280m² divided into 2 rooms (200m² and 80m²), still with a few concrete vats
1st floor: 80m² workshop, the remaining 200m² are divided with partitions into a few rooms

Grounds
The buildings form an L-shape on the plot of total 1459m². The garden is entirely private and fenced, and is full of Mediterranean plants and some old trees offering shade on the large terrace for the hot summer. There is enough space to put a swimming pool in; or another idea could be an indoor-outdoor swimming pool with the large space of the wine cave. A well provides free water for the garden. Mains water and mains drainage.

General condition
The Château is lived in but will need some restoration such as plumbing, some heating, new bathrooms, kitchen, shutters and windows need some attention too. The entire 2nd floor has not been used for a long time. Electrics are partly done. All windows are single paned and have traditional wooden shutters. Radiators powered by oil central heating in the Chateau apartment to the right. The tower apartments have electric convectors. The Chateau apartment to the left has no heating. An asset is definitely that all original features are conserved and in rather good condition.

Comments
A Chateau with plenty of history and soul! Once restored it will be ideal for unique touristic activity with big potential.
