Main House
The Bastide offers about 330m² of living space over 2 floors and 160m² convertible on the top floor

General Condition
The Bastide has been restored over the course of about 10 years and is in perfect condition. You will find all comfort as central heating system by oil, wooden original windows and wooden shutters but all in very good condition, beautiful floors, fireplaces, high ceilings etc. The guardian cottage would need some restoration work. Some of the other outbuildings could be converted into living space, depending on your needs.

Comments
An interesting large property with a warm feeling, in a quiet environment, yet only a short drive from a large town with all facilities, airport, train, motorway. There is a big potential to be developed if wished for. Would suit a large family or to be developed into high standard Gites or Boutique hotel.
