At Portuguese Dream we help you find your dream property in Central Portugal. Unlike most here, we are not Estate Agents. We work with you to find your dream property through our network of partner estate agents instead, to give you the best possible choice. We will guide you through the whole process from starting your search to picking up the keys and beyond.
The properties we have on display are a sample of what we can source for you. We will look for properties to fit your particular requirements, anywhere in Central Portugal.
The idea of starting Portuguese Dream came about after we bought our own property in Portugal and finding some difficulties with the process, the most common being that estate agents have properties for sale without the correct documentation. We are here to take that burden away and help you selecting properties before you even visit Portugal, saving you both time and money. Any properties we advertise or that we present to you have been checked so that we know the paperwork is correct. We will also put you in contact with a lawyer to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible and to check all the fine print in the documentation and any contracts signed.
We are based in the UK and work with a consultant based in Portugal who has several years experience in the property market and will support you with all the steps necessary so you can buy a property in Portugal.
