Welcome to LCPSpain ... I'm Brian McDonnell, I began Legal Costa Properties as MARBELLA MAN FRIDAY in 2005 and have grown over the years to become the company we are today, created by the requirements of our clients.
After starting off by providing keyholding, cleaning and maintenance services, my clients grew to trust me with the most important decisions of their lives in Spain.
In 2014 I upgraded from a sole trader and now LCPSpain has grown into a team, still looking after many of our original clients, and always bringing more into the LCP family. Our happy owners all found the home through either myself, or one of our team. Our Legal department made the whole process as easy for them as possible and can do the same for you.
Legal Costa Properties is much more than a real estate agent. Together, we are experts. LCPSpain offers a wide variety of services related to your property on the Costa del Sol, even after you have bought it with us.
We specialise in properties for private use, and holiday rental investment on the COSTA DEL SOL.

We are not a big company, our clients know that, But we are a personal company, and we don’t hassle clients or pressure you to buy something that isn’t right for you. It happened to me !! I won’t let it happen to you.
