I am Nick Snelling, the director of Casalasafor Consultancies and the author of three books on Spain, including ‘How to Buy Spanish Property and Move to Spain – Safely!’. Gandia is an area renowned for its fabulous Blue Flagged beaches, its dramatic mountains and verdant countryside. This is one of the last Mediterranean coastal areas (but do not tell anyone else!) not to have been taken over by mass north European tourism. It is still properly' Spanish' and has a unique charm. It is the perfect place for a holiday home or permanent living, with a wide variety of properties (often with good-sized plots!) at competitive prices!
