Von Urban, a company based in Cambridge United Kingdom, is celebrating its 5th year as agents in the international property market. We act on behalf of Italian sellers by introducing our portfolio to potential buyers in the United Kingdom and promoting them on ‘A Place in The Sun’, Rightmove Overseas, as well as seasonally on additional channels such as exhibitions, magazines etc. Our properties are primarily historical villas, although we also list apartments in restored castles and villas. These are mostly located in the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia where we act as selling agents in partnership with a well-respected architectural firm in Gradisca d’Isonzo.
We also have strong ties to the Croatian property market and are negotiating to expand our portfolio into South Africa. In Cambridge UK we also act as buyers’ agents in the vibrant and competitive local market.
Our comprehensive service includes, amongst others, the creation of bespoke property portfolios catered to meet our customers’ requirements.
We offer comprehensive viewing arrangements which may include, if required:
* Collection and return to and from your hotel to property location/s for viewing,
* Assistance in selecting suitable bed and breakfast accommodation,
* Accompanied viewings with an English speaking agent,
* Referral to reputed solicitors, architects, notaries, currency solutions and mortgage consultants,
* An architect can be on site during the viewing in order to assist with any question regarding refurbishment and renovation of the property
