Quality Estates provides a comprehensive range of services, covering the beautiful golden triangle of Palamos, Sant Antoni, Calonge, Platja d´Aro, Santa Cristina and Sant Feliu de Guixols, in the Costa Brava of Spain. Based on more than 15 years experience in the region and well over a quarter of a century in delivering cost effective and high quality property services, our team is totally dedicated to meet the individual requirements of our clients, no matter how simple or complex those needs might be.
Quality Estates was founded in November of 2000 by Arjan de Goede and Danny Bakker. What started off as a two-men shop has steadily grown to an all-round real estate company with 25 employees. The company now features 4 key areas of business. The real estate department matches buyers and sellers of around 250 properties in the area. The renting department manages the letting of around 50 holiday villas available for weekly tourism rental. Our construction company builds complete new villas, renovates existing ones and creates wonderful additions to existing properties like swimming pools and outdoor kitchens. Last but not least our service department makes sure all of our managed properties have bright shining pools, serviced equipment and are as clean as a whistle.
