We would normally expect to spend a whole day with you on viewings, probably visiting 4-5 properties in the day. We prefer to spend 2 days with you if possible, since we find that this ensures that you will find that dream home. You won't be rushed and we will answer your questions during the time that we spend together. We are committed to dealing in a professional manner with all of our clients, both vendors and buyers. We cover 3 principal areas of S W France – the Poitou Charentes, the Dordogne Valley plus the Gascony area. Each is popular with UK & International buyers, and have good access to TGV, Autoroutes and Airports. With our expertise in the French property market, we can pass on our knowledge to your advantage, making the whole process as hassle-free as possible. All of our sales agreements (CDV) are drawn up by a Notaire, and all deposit funds are also handled by our Notaires, unlike many agents who choose to use standard agreements and hold client funds.
