Everything will be handled by the Hungarian (English speaking) estate Agents. This is an advantage for you as buyer as they will guide you through the contract and completion as well as the transfer of your electricity, water connection etc. They know the way, it is their job and they are pleased to be at your service. All is explained by the name of our office. "Magyar Ház" is Hungarian for "Hungarian House".
We have our offerings in Budapest itself (nice apartments) and in the country side. We have offerings in Western Hungary, around Lake Balaton, The great Plains (former farms with big lands), around Lake Tisza and in Northern Hungary. We can always help you finding your "Hungarian House".
In general terms buying in Hungary is no problem for EU-citizens and “friend” countries. We can tell you all about it.
Our prices are including all the costs to get the property on your name, so all buying costs are included. Meaning house price, contract costs, etc. Of course also the agent commission is included. Afterwards you only need to pay 4% tax to the Hungarian state.
