A couple of one apartments with sea views have been launched for sale in the complex of Los Diamantes, phase 2, also known as Club Tenerife.

There are currently 2 apartments for sale with direct sea views over the community swimming pool, depending upon which you choose, the prices start from 239.500€.

Inside

Inside the apartments are approximately 45m2 in size.

Each apartment had a new kitchen fitted about 10 years ago, although looking at them, you would never guess it was that long ago, all in good condition and functioning.

The bathrooms are in good condition too and comprise a bath with shower attachment, toilet, bidet and hand basin.

The bedrooms are large and bright and have a fitted wardrobe, a ceiling fan and a window.

Outside

Each apartment has a balcony of around 7 or 8m2, depending upon which apartment your looking at.

Los Diamantes - The complex

Los Diamantes phase 2 is also known as Club Tenerife. It's a very popular holiday complex that has a hotel reception and is within 15 minutes walk of the beaches of Los Cristianos close to the Sunday Market.

In the immediate area of the complex you'll find bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants, but the centre of town is an easy walk from the complex too.

The complex has a heated pool in winter and there's also a great pool bar.

You are allowed to rent these properties, through reception or by using an offsite management company, the hotel is open to that.

The 1 bedroom apartments on this complex rent for approximately 50€ per night and will quite easily rent for 40 weeks of the year.

Los Cristianos - The Town

Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife.

Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants.

The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
