Set in a rural area overlooking the many orange groves in the area, the villa has been built on an elevated part of the plot. The views are amazing from everywhere. Quiet, but certainly not remote the access is good and Tavira is just a 5 minute drive away. One of the best kept secret spots in the East Algarve, is just around the corner; a beautiful waterfall with small lake named Cascata do Pego do Inferno.

Upon entering the house you will find two connected living rooms on the left, one of which has a very large and recently installed wood burner. Both living rooms have direct access to the enormous south facing terrace overlooking the valley with it´s river and lushes orange groves along the sides. Taking half a flight of natural stone stairs, you will find yourself on the kitchen/dining area level where also two bedrooms and a bathroom are situated. The bedrooms have direct access to their own private terraces. Going up another half a flight of stairs you will find the master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and, again a private terrace.

The registered ruin can be rebuild on its own footprint and has 300 square meters of useful area. Documents and PIP (pre approval) are recently all updated and obtained.
