Description complète
With an orange juice terrace on the east side of the property over to a sundowners gin & tonic veranda on the west; and a roof top solarium taking all day sunshine down to the private secluded swimming pool and garden below; this property really does have everything covered.
Entering the plot from road side via the pedestrian gate it is hard to believe that there can be so much property behind the facade. Stepping up on to the covered veranda you can take the first glimpse of the amazing views and before entering the villa.
Internally the property comprises a large central entrance hall of which to the right there is a bright and airy living room with windows to three aspects taking the aforementioned views. Comfortably furnished with large sofas the property feels more like a home rather than just another property.
To the left of the entrance hall there is the fourth bedroom that is currently utilised as a dining room that easily seats six people. Behind the dining room there is a hallway that gives access to the three bedrooms and family bathroom.
The master bedroom is very generous in size equipped with three built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
The second double bedroom also has built in wardrobes whilst the third, currently utilised as a single bedroom, could also take a double bed and a free standing wardrobe.
The family bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower over, bidet, toilet and basin and similar to the en suite bathroom has an opening window which is not always the case with Spanish properties.
Finally, the fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, extractor, fridge freezer and dishwasher, completes the listing for the inside of the property.
Stepping out of the kitchen there is a terrace off which there is a utility room housing the washing machine; and steps leading up to the solarium and down to the swimming pool and garden.
Going up to the large solarium that is the footprint of the villa, you find a covered pergola with retractable sun shades that create a wonderful al fresco dining area. It is also a great area in which to BBQ and top up the tan and also take in the amazing views across the horizon.
Heading down to the garden level you find the swimming pool with Roman steps to one end. Around the pool there is terracing, room for sun loungers and also a feature octagonal pergola and seating area that creates another outside dining area.
At this level there is a useful storage cupboard and another door that leads down to an under build that is currently a super Man Cave and Bar, and also extra storage room.
Moving around the sides of the property towards the front you find a selection of fruit trees and Mediterranean plants. The front is part planted and laid with shingle to create extra parking space beyond that provided by the drive and carport.
The villa benefits gas powered central heating and hot water, air conditioning, mosquito screens and ceiling fans. The gardens are well established and carefully planted to maximise on privacy but not overbearingly so.
