One enters into a living room and open plan kitchen.  The kitchen has purpose built hand-made fitted kitchen cupboards and contains an electric hob and cooker, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and washing machine.  There is a WC with toilet and sink.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with air conditioning, both with fitted wardrobes.   Both share a front terrace and one also has a private rear terrace.   The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet.

All windows are double glazed, have non-electronic roller shutters and the house is nicely tiled throughout.    Water is heated via a solar panel or electricity on cloudy days..  The house shares a “soakaway” with the neighbouring house.

The entry courtyard has plenty of room for car parking and is part shaded by a bougainvillea covered pergola.  The lower terrace is private and has a shower.  The upper terrace has nice views over the village and down to the sea and nearby mountains.

While the present owner has only used this house as a holiday home, it is ideal as a permanent house in this area, which is growing in popularity.

Road access is good and there are several other recently built houses in the vicinity.  The village centre is just a few minutes drive away and has a supermarket, , mini-markets, cafes, bars and tavernas.  Pacheia Ammos is well known for its good fish tavernas.  The beach is exposed and undeveloped, but the harbour is better maintained .

Within a 5 minute drive is the big village of Kavoussi and its neighbouring beach of Tholos.  Aghios Nikolaos is 21 kms away, Ierapetra at 15 kms and Sitia is less than 50 kms.  The main airport at Heraklion is 80 kms.
