La Casa di Angelino is one of the historic houses of the Borgo. Built by the Angelino family who lived there until the age of 96 working a small garden and accompanied by his donkey hospitalized in the stable in front of the house.
Today the Casa di Angelino has been completely renovated with a conservative recovery that has highlighted the historical value of the building. The main body of the house has an entrance from the historic center, paved with authentic cobblestones. The other access leads into a panoramic garden that offers an amazing view over the Malvasia valley but above all over the intense blue of the sea. An internal coat on the walls of the house most exposed to the sun, new insulated roofs and thermal fixtures, guarantee wide panoramic views but also shelter from the solar heat in the weather.
The main body of the property is distributed over 3 floors:
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a living area, a bedroom and a bathroom. Under a porch that overlooks the garden overlooking the sea there is also a technical / laundry room where a water storage tank, an autoclave and a solar thermal system are placed which guarantees hot water with only solar panels.
On the first floor there are 3 very large double bedrooms and a bathroom with double sink and shower. Two of the bedrooms and the bathroom overlook the sea, benefiting from an amazing panoramic view. The third double bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the side of the historic center from where in the evening you can enjoy the land breeze that guarantees peaceful rest without air conditioning (which the other two rooms are equipped with, such as the ground floor and also the annex rooms).

From the terrace it overlooks the valley and on clear days it is possible to see from the island of Mal di Ventre to the south up to the Gulf of Bosa Marina and also dominating the Malaspina Castle.
The garden: a large and historic lemon shadows during the afternoon giving a glimpse of beautiful green that separates it from what was once the stable of Angelino's donkey which today has become an annex.
The dependance consists of a large room with kitchenette with a breathtaking view of the sea. Bedroom and bathroom allow guests incomparable privacy. The rooms of the depandance are also air-conditioned (cold / hot air and dehumidification).
Where to go to the sea: Magomadas has its own marine area called Marina di Magomadas or Santa Maria a Mare.
It is about 4 km from Casa di Angelino and extends up to Porto Alabe which is another marine area very close but in the Municipality of Tresnuraghes. Marina di Magomadas is little known by tourists and is mainly frequented by the inhabitants of Magomadas who have their second home there and where they retire from June to September.
This strip of coast has access to the sea (beach and rock) guaranteed by wide stairways and even in August it guarantees deserted corners where you can place an umbrella and a beach to read a book in front of the open sea. With 5 minutes by car, for those who want equipped beaches, you can go to Bosa Marina where there are about 2 km of wide beach dotted with numerous places to eat or have a cold drink facing the sea and the Aragonese Tower. Moving north or south by car you can reach other beautiful unspoilt beaches on the east coast: from the white quartz crystal beaches (Maimoni, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi) to the south just above Oristano up to the beaches of Alghero (Maria Pia, Le Bombarde , Lazzaretto and Mugoni).
