Inside

The apartment has a 2 good sized double bedrooms, both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.

The principal bedroom has en-suite facilities and just opposite bedroom 2 is a second bathroom complete with the same fittings as the en-suite bathroom, including shower, WC, bidet and handbasin.

Moving through to the living area, its bright and large with 2 sets of sliding doors leading out to the large, sunny balcony.

There's enough space in the lounge for a large sofa, two large lounge chairs, a dining table which is large enough for 6 people.

There's also a large American style, open concept fitted kitchen fitted along the whole of the wall.

Not forgetting a bit of extra storage, always helpful, there's a small room/cupboard, with a sliding door, great for storing things and getting them out of the way.

The apartment has about 6 or 7 steps leading to it, but there are lifts throughout the complex, so the property is easy to get to.

Outside

The apartment has large balcony, large enough for a table and 4-6 people and still space for some sun beds and deck chairs.

It offers spectacular views over the complex and Puerto Colon, out to sea and on to La Gomera which means you'll have some fabulous sunsets to enjoy.

The terrace has two separate electric sun blinds and a couple of external lights.

Panorama - The complex

The complex of Panorama is a holiday makers dream.

There's a lovely pool area surrounded by palm trees and other semi-tropical plants and trees.

There's a children's pool, a pool bar as well as a popular restaurant on site.

Other amenities are a short stroll away, that includes the bars and promenade at the bottom of the hill.

The promenade leads to Puerto Colon and further on to La Caleta or going the other direction, Las Americas and Los Cristianos.

A 2 minute walk uphill will get you to the San Eugenio shopping centre, where you'll find a Mercadona supermarket.

In the shopping centre and the surrounding area that are many other well known and popular bars, shops and restaurants, not only within the shopping centre itself but in the surrounding area.

Sandy beaches are within very easy reach as well, Playa La Pinta, Playa el Bobo and Playa Fanabe to name a few.

San Eugenio - The town

San Eugenio is right next door to Playa de Las Americas and is split by the motorway, so you have San Eugenio alto and San Eugenio bajo.

Alto, means high and so the upper part of the town is above the motorway and has many holiday complexes and residential homes and complexes, so a reasonable mixture.

Bajo means here you've guessed it, it's below the motorway.

This area is a mixture of residential and touristic complexes as well, but is more geared to tourism with its bars, shops and restaurants and of course the beaches.

Just a short walk from the San Eugenio shopping centre, which has all of the things you'd expect regarding shops and bars, is Puerto Colon where the day cruises and fishing trips start their journey.

There are also the fabulous beaches of Playas El Bobo and La Pinta and it's just a short walk from Playa Torviscas and a little further on to Playa Fanabe.
