An old house for restoring, with its main structure in stone walls, with two storeys:
in the basement and ground floor we have an entrance hall, an old kitchen, a bathroom, wine cellar and storerooms.
On the 1st floor we´ve got a couple of little bedrooms and a living room with access to a terrace facing south.
Outside there´s a small space, ideal for building a BBQ.
The village itself, - where the house is located, - has neither mini market nor cafes, only in Alvorge´s town, - 1 Km away -, will you find all you need for your daily life. Alternatively, the city of students, -Coimbra -, is less than 30 Km away.
