Description complète

This stunning 6 bedroom villa has recently come to the property market in Callao Salvaje and we've been asked to market it.

Inside

The villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and comes partially furnished.

Ground floor: A hall way with a toilet, a separate wood kitchen featuring natural wood, a stone counter top and all the kitchen features you would expect from a luxury villa of this standard.

There's also a spacious, bright living room including a feature fireplace. The lounge and kitchen both offer direct access to the terrace.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and both have their own bathrooms - one with a hydro-massage installation. There is also an office that could be converted back to a bedroom if preferred.

On the ground floor there is also an apartment with it's own large living room, kitchen & 2 bedrooms.

Second floor: You'll find the huge master bedroom that is surrounded by a balcony that offers views of the ocean and neighbouring islands.

Outside

The villa features a private heated pool and has a luscious green garden and BBQ area.

Location

2 minutes walk from a Spa-hotel with swimming pool, golf school with a pitch and putt course, gym and tennis courts.

A bus stop is just 3 minutes walk away and it's only 5 minutes from the town center with bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, playground, etc.

There is a fishing pier on the beach (make sure you have a licence if you need one). The tourist both El Duque, Las Americas) are 10 minutes away by car.

Callao Salvaje - The Town

Although Callao Salvaje has a couple of hotels, it's mainly a residential area and has quite a few long term residents.

The town itself has a good selection of shops, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants and if you can't find what you need in the town, then the larger town of Adeje is just 5 minutes up the road.

The beach, Playa de Ajabo, was totally refurbished during 2011 and 2012 and reopened in 2014 and, although a volcanic sandy beach, which for some reason some people aren't keen on, is a great beach with sun-beds and parasols and the sea is quite calm thanks to a water break which was built during the beach refurbishment.
