Cliff House: 3 Bed Villa
The Villa is currently used as two separate properties, providing a
two bed villa for personal use, and a one bed apartment which can be
rented and provide a return on investment.
However the properties can of course be
used as one villa with two small infinity pools.
There are two separate entrances.

The villa is a wonderful opportunity for either continued
short term rentals, or a large private villa in a stunning much sought

Marigot Bay
Marigot Bay is located on the Western Coast of the island
approximately 4 miles southwest of Castries It has been described by the
American novelist James A. Michener as “The most beautiful bay in the
Caribbean.
The Bay holds a fascination found nowhere else on the island. The
ridge and surrounding hillsides are home to some of the most beautiful
and unique real estate in St Lucia.
Situated on the cliff side above Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea,
Cliff House has arguably one of the most spectacular views in Saint
Lucia.
