Monteferrante is a very small village, with less than 200 inhabitants, which stands on a terrace from which you can enjoy the beauty of the Val di Sangro: the panorama ranges from Lake Bomba to the Majella and the town looks like a graceful jewel framed by woods, streams and meadows.The village is 50km from the coast and 40 minutes from the better ski resorts in Abruzzo
The house is spread over 4 levels, of which only the first and second are habitable, while the other 2 are to be designed and restored. The habitable floors are distributed as follows, on the first floor we have the kitchen / living room with fireplace
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.The ground floor needs to be completely restore and could become a living area. In the basement we have the cellars that could be used as closets or become a characteristic tavern. There are balconies from which you can admire a fantastic view over the valley
