The manor house was excellently restored about fifteen years ago but then remained in a complete state of neglect for the last 3-4 years.


Right in this period (January 2022) the owners are doing some cleaning work in the beautiful land and some interior restoration works so we can say that today the main house is more than an excellent semi-habitable (see video).


On the ground floor we have a large living room, a large kitchen with a sink in ancient Carrara marble worked in a single block and a fireplace, another room (bedroom or study), an environment where there is the bathroom door and the one that leads to the cellar.


A beautiful stone staircase leads to the upper floor where we find 3 large bedrooms and a very large bathroom with shower.


From this level the view over the valley below is truly cloying and sunshine is guaranteed for the whole day.


The heating is autonomous but at the time of the renovation it was only prepared by making the system and installing the radiators.
